The winner of season four of the reality competition series Ink Master has passed away at age 41.
Scott Marshall was found dead in a Chicago hotel room early Sunday morning after his wife contacted authorities, worried that she had not heard from her husband in a number of hours.
Apparently, Scott called his wife, Johanna, late Saturday night saying he felt too ill to drive home and would be spending the night in a nearby hotel, where police eventually found his body.
According to reports, the tattoo artist suffered from some kind of heart condition which caused him to die during his sleep.
After gaining fame for winning the Spike reality TV show back in 2014 and earning $100,000 for his family, Scott unfortunately leaves behind his wife and three kids.
Our thoughts are with Johanna and the rest of Scott's family and friends at this difficult time.

While on Ellen, Miz Underwood talked about motherhood, her husband Mike Fisher, and took the opportunity to announce that she will be bringing her 8-month-old son Isaiah on tour with her!
This, of course, is all just build up to when DeGeneres pulls her classic scare tactic on the American Idol alum at the 5:00 mark!
