Fez Wilmer Valderrama LURVES to pAArty!

Those that are live close to Wil think his partying is getting out of hand. So, to help him start a new more productive lifestyle, Mr. Valderrama's neighbor, Baruch Eichenbaum, has filed a lawsuit against him!

Thoughtful, right?? LOL!

Wil's neighbor claims that for the past few years there have been "ongoing and continuing loud and disturbing noises from the property." This includes partying into all hours of the night AND dog barking. (WTF?)

Pedro Hernandez, the confessed killer of Etan Patz, was taken to Bellvue Hospital today and placed on Suicide Watch.

The suspect has reportedly not been taking his medication, and appeared suicidal according to witnesses.

The arraignment later today will happen on the 33rd anniversary of the day the 6-year-old boy disappeared - a tragic and monumental moment that transformed the safety of children in this day and age.

Hernandez confessed that as a 19-year-old store clerk, he lured Patz to the basement of his bodega shop by promising the young boy soda. After strangling him, he claims he stuffed the boy into a plastic bag and threw him in the trash. The body was never found.

We really hope that this case is finally solved to help the parents get some kind of closure in their lives.

So sad.

After spending a month on top, it looks like Joss Whedon’s Avengers will pass the top-earner torch to a trio of more inconspicuously dressed galaxy defenders.

Men in Black 3 is expected to earn around $100 million this weekend, and that would almost assuredly dethrone Robert Downey Jr. and his Super Friends.

Will Smith, Tommy Lee Jones, and newcomer Josh Brolin should all be very proud — there aren’t too many big budget franchises that can take a decade long break between sequels and still find great success.

The Fresh Prince should be especially thrilled, though
