The controversy — which comes up every year around Halloween — was fueled this week when a Facebook post from New Jersey went viral on Sunday night with a woman claiming she found a piece of metal in her children's trick-or-treating haul!

The mother, Michelle Garwood, wrote on the social network about the candy, which was collected in the town of Woodbury Heights:

This is one of the more on-brand things he's ever done.

Shia LaBeouf may be more known for his battles with the law than he is for being an actor, but that doesn't mean he's ready to stop being an entertainer.

In an essay for the upcoming book Prison Ramen, the 29-year-old opens up about his five earliest arrests (his drunken arrest in Texas this past October happened after his chapter was completed).

Prison Ramen, a cookbook that includes real stories of prison life, is the brainchild of actor Clifton Collins Jr. and childhood friend and ex-con Gustavo "Goose" Alvarez.

The book contains pieces by stars like Shia and Slash, and a foreword by Samuel L. Jackson.

Shia's recipe for ramen-inspired egg salad sandwiches is pretty lackluster — it's just cooked ramen mixed with egg on bread — but his opinions on his numerous stints in jail are much more interesting:

six billion dollar man tv show movie mark wahlberg

It looks like Mark Wahlberg will officially be helping to revitalize a classic '70s franchise — the Six Million Dollar Man!

We first heard about the updated version of the popular TV show — which was actually based on the novel Cyborg by Martin Caidin — last year, but now it's officially on the calendar!

The 44-year-old actor clearly thinks his bod is worth more money though, because his Steve Austin will be the Six Billion Dollar Man!

The new version will hit theaters December 22, 2017 — but will it be any good??

Reboots are usually stale — but sometimes, like the first Charlie's Angels and 21 Jump Street they really make it work!

All these shows certainly found some success after they went off the air!

Abby Lee Miller

It's one thing after the other for Abby Lee Miller.

As we reported, Dance Moms star was served a 20-count federal indictment earlier this month for hiding an estimated $755K she made from her TV appearances — which could mean five years behind bars and $5 million in fines.

Well, the reality TV personality saw her first day in court on Monday.

At the arraignment held in downtown Pittsburgh, the 49-year-old paid a bond of $10,000 and entered a plea of "not guilty."

No start date has been set yet, but the dance instructor asked for a jury trial once it begins, which would be anticipated to last for about 11 days.

Miller is free to travel domestically as she pleases in the meantime, but is required to inform the feds if she wants to go abroad.

During the court appearance, the Lifetime star answered "yes" when questioned if she takes the charges of bankruptcy fraud, concealment of bankruptcy assets, and false bankruptcy declarations seriously.

Well, that's good considering the serious consequences.

When asked for comment by reporters on her way into the courthouse, to which she responded:

"I didn't have my hair done. Season 6 jackets are on sale on the website Wednesday."

Well alrighty, then! Guess we can't blame her for little self promotion!

Stay tuned for more once trial details are released!
