It looks like Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner are ready to move to Washington!
On Monday, Vanity Fair revealed Ivanka had quit her fancy job as an executive at the Trump Organization, a position she has held for twelve years. During the socialite's tenure, she launched multiple fashion lines, a lifestyle website, and a book.
The news of the 35-year-old's departure from the organization comes on the heels of Jared's controversial appointment as senior White House adviser to Donald Trump. Many followers of the Trump transition weren't surprised Kushner accepted the gig considering he's one of Drumpf's few trusted allies.

While Ivanka has yet to be gifted an official position (besides First Lady duties) in the White House, her leaving the Trump Organization is a sign of big things to come.
In addition to quitting her job, the mag reports Trump's eldest daughter will sell all of her stock in the company and "restructure her participation in Trump Organization" transactions so that she doesn't "benefit" from the profits. The fashionista will also break ties with the Trump International Hotel in Washington and her brand in an effort to avoid any conflicts of interest.
As for Jared, he has officially bid adieu to his chief executive position at the New York Observer, a paper he famously bought at just 25-years-old.

CNN reporter Dylan Byers revealed Kushner's lawyer spilled that the president-elect's son-in-law will transfer his holdings over to his brother.
Obviously, these shady moves bring little comfort considering the Office of Government Ethics recently revealed they had "lost contact" with the Trump Transition team. Not to mention Donald has yet to break ties with the Trump Organization, or divulge his conflicts of interest to the American public.
Furthermore, no matter how much the couple tries to distance themselves from the Trump businesses, there's still major nepotism issues at play.
We'll keep you updated as we receive more news on the transition — we imagine things are going to get pretty crazy over the next ten days!
