Looks like not everyone is part of the Beyhive.
As we reported last year, Michael Egan — the man who famously accused director Bryan Singer of sexual abuse when he was a teenager — was charged with securities fraud after he fooled at least 14 individuals to give him money for fake investments.
Allegedly, the 33-year-old used the dough — a reported $300,000 — to fund his lavish lifestyle.
Well on Tuesday, a judge has sentenced Egan to two years in prison.
As we wrote, Michael's claims against the X-Men director, as well as two other Hollywood executives, were dismissed.
The convicted criminal's former attorney — Jeffrey Herman — even issued formal apologies to the three wrongfully accused men.
"I deeply regret the pain, suffering and damage the lawsuits and publicity have caused you, and your family, friends and colleagues."
We just hope justice is brought down on anyone who breaks the law!

Kristin Cavallari's Brother Reportedly Struggled With Alcohol Abuse, Psychological Issues, And Employment
We just hope he's alright.
As we reported, Kristin Cavallari's brother — Michael Cavallari — was last seen 12 days ago at a gas station in Utah. His vehicle was later found abandoned, with its engine running and its air bag deployed.
While authorities are still trying to figure out his whereabouts, information from his past has surfaced that shows he was a troubled character with several ailments.
According to Daily Mail, the 30-year-old suffered from alcohol abuse which only amplified his psychological issues.
Before he went missing, Cavallari lived in his father Dennis' $6.6 million house in San Clemente, CA where he spent his days smoking cigarettes, drinking booze, and playing online poker, instead of finding a job.
His father's property had several rented out guest houses, whose residents would often complain about Michael's commotion.
In fact, one neighbor recounts MC would walk around the backyard screaming, "the CIA is coming to get me."
The resident added

Robert Carradine and his wife Edith are calling it quits after 25 years of marriage! We're just learning on Tuesday that the Revenge of the Nerds star and his longtime love filed divorce papers late last month.
According to court docs, the former flames have been separated since July, and are citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split. So sad.
The King of the Nerds host and his estranged lady love share two children together, but since their kids are actually adults now, there's no need to argue over child support.
However, Lizzie McGuire's TV dad is asking his ex for spousal support! Do U think he'll get it?! SOUND OFF in the comments!

What scary information.
According to authorities, the San Bernardino shooters planned their horrible December 2 attack which left fourteen people dead and twenty-one people injured for over a year.
Cops allege the killers not only spent a lot of time practicing at local shooting ranges, but they also made financial arrangements for their six-month-old daughter and the child's 62-year-old grandmother. In fact, just two weeks before the tragedy, a deposit was made into one of the shooter's accounts for 28,000 dollars.
An official explained:
"It would be consistent with them making preparations for grandma and the kid. They had purposely thought through that problem. There were other indications of preparations."
Wow. How terrifying.
We'll let you know when more information arises.

A source close to the 51-year-old told ET that the former child actress is working on a show with her daughter, Kimberly Jackson!
The show supposedly centers around famous families — specifically mothers and daughters — who've had issues while in the spotlight, or are currently in counseling.
While our hearts break knowing that Spencer Pratt's lady love and the ex housewife have struggled publicly, we imagine this would make for some pretty interesting television.
