What an unlikely but sweet story!
According to TMZ, Lopez floated about
This is so sweet!
After Ronda Rousey revealed earlier this week that she considered killing herself after losing to Holly Holm in an MMA bout last November, the fighter's boyfriend, Travis Browne, has come out with an amazing show of support!
Speaking to reporters, Browne — also a fighter himself — recounted how he helped Rousey get out of that dark mental place post-fight, and why it was a no-brainer for him to shower his partner with love during a very rough time:
Is there anything Sabrina Carpenter can't do?!
Luckily for us, we were able to snag the Girl Meets World actress for an EXCLUSIVE sit down about her new empowering anthem Smoke and Fire. Let's just say the story behind the song (which just dropped TODAY!) is just as fiery as the title implies!
While you can hear Sabrina relive her heartbreaking inspiration for the melody (above) — CLICK HERE to see the official lyric video.
Even better, the beauty's music video for the breakup anthem is set to release in March and her full sophomore album will be available in the fall. So exciting!
Oh, and once GMW wraps, Carpenter is going on TOUR! Dates are still TBD but we'll let you know as soon as we get word!
Let us know what YOU think about the single in the comments (below)!
P.S. We have more from Sabrina coming soon, so check back!

Ryan Seacrest has long held that no one wants to see him sing and dance.
But we're thinking the American Idol host actually meant HE didn't want anyone else to see him perform! Because we enjoyed the heck out of it!
He's even wearing a vintage jean jacket with the collar popped! AH-Mazing!
Ch-ch-check out the supremely embarrassing vid (below)!
And to think there was a time nobody believed in her!
Ashley recalls the early days of her career and all the rejections she got from agents:
"I had agents tell me, 'You'll never get on the cover of magazines. You'll never be an editorial model.' I had agents wave money in my face and say, 'If you drop some pounds, you can have a lot more of this!' And not even THAT was something that encouraged me to lose weight!
"The moment I realized I had to be healthy and happy in who I was, that's when my career took off."
And it took off like wildfire!
Now, the 29-year-old is thrilled to be given the opportunity to be a positive and healthy role model for women:
On Thursday, Kellie Martin took to Twitter to announce that she had given birth to her baby daughter with husband Keith Christian. How exciting!
The little one, whose name is Olivia James Christian, was born on February 13! Not to mention, the tiny tot arrived weighing seven pounds and 15 ounces at 20 inches in length.
Too cute. The ER actress posted:
Reality TV can often take a dark turn.
According to production on Jo Frost's new Jo Frost: Nanny On Tour show, the child expert reported a Georgia family to DCFS for possibly beating a nine-year-old boy. The show caught the footage thanks to reality cameras rolling in the home 24/7.
Insiders say the father of the family originally called the show because his three kids listened to him and not their mother. The dad hoped an intervention from Jo would help increase overall respect in the home.
Sadly, things didn't go as planned.
Frost claims she had to call DCFS after viewing footage of the father disciplining his son for using his cell-phone charger. Upon telling the boy what he did wrong, he then instructs the grade schooler to retreat to his bedroom.
Now here's where things get dicey — while you can see the poppa remove his belt, the viewers can't see if any violence has taken place. Since the patriarch closed the bedroom door, all viewers can hear is the cries and screams of the boy inside the bedroom.
Obviously, this is a very sensitive subject for a lot of people and that's why Frost decided to air the episode anyways. The nanny claims she wants to start a discussion on corporal punishment, a parenting tool she's vehemently against.
After the controversial segment aired, the caregiver orchestrated a very lively discussion on Twitter:
