And now, more news about this divorce is coming to light from both camps.
Brad, apparently, was especially upset about

Usually it takes decades to earn this kind of respect from your musical peers.
But at the CMT Music Awards, Chris Stapleton had the entire audience of country stars in the palm of his hand.
The Breakthrough Video Of The Year winner performed Parachute in front of a rising sun, and for a few moments the crowd at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena was waking up in the desert.
Ch-ch-check out the phenomenal performance (above)!
That's gotta be a first for Gwennie! LOLz!
Anywho, the country crooner took the stage at the CMT Music Awards on Wednesday night with The Oak Ridge Boys to perform the sexy new hit from his latest If I'm Honest album.
That was good and all, but the crowd really got excited when Blake & co. transitioned into the folk quartet's 1981 classic song Elvira! Throwback!
Now that certainly livened things back up!
Watch the amazing collaboration (above)!!!
In a surprise to no one, Carrie Underwood delivered a flawless performance once again!
The blonde beauty totally rocked out on Wednesday while singing her smash song Church Bells at this year's CMT Music Awards.
The gorgeous gal donned a beautifully badass black lace jumpsuit, and started off simple, singing alongside a single banjo player.
But, the powerful performer really kicked things into high gear when she dramatically ditched her cape, and strutted her way to the main stage, where she was backed up by some great guitarists and a church choir!
You NEED to watch her song all the way through to the end, because her final belt had our jaws on the floor.
Seriously, she showed why she's one of the most famous American Idol alums! Ch-ch-check it out (above)!
Dierks Bentley did a little something different at the 2016 CMT Music Awards!
The country star decided to walk a mile in Elle King's shoes as the pair performed their brand new duet Different For Girls!
We're digging the cute juxtaposition of styles; unfortunately, the volume was a little different for girls — Dierks' mic was WAY hotter than Elle's! Sort of the opposite of their red carpet style…
At least her banjo skills were on full display!
Ch-ch-check out the TV debut of the hot new track (above)!
We love the top half of this dress!
But then there are the shoes…no bueno!
Very unfortunately her beige suede pumps were kind of not the best choice.
She should've worn dainty strappy red or black sandals instead!

We're weren't used to the seeing ladies of FH so
clothed low-energy for a performance! Where are the cutoff shorts and sexy dance moves?!
Regardless, we think they all sounded great and looked flawless!
The segment kicked off with the ladies taking turns singing Cam's country hit MayDay followed by the song of the summer we all know and love Work From Home.
We loved the curly-blonde beauty's take on the pop song!!!
Ch-ch-check out Sixth Harmony (above)!!
Classic prayer pose!
While this show isn't really about fashion, these ladies and gents made an effort!
Karen Fairchild went with a patterned gown and Kimberly Schlapman was pretty in pink Lorena Sarbu, while Jimi Westbrook chose all black and Phillip Sweet decided on a jacket and blue jeans.
We'll never know…
