Soleil Moon Frye: From Punky To Parenting To Author

They grew up fast!

It's like one minute Punky Brewster is a lovable child and the next she's giving you parenting advise! (This is especially true for readers that watch a bunch of TV Land or have been in a coma for 20 years.)

Soleil Moon Frye talks about her switch from child actor to child raiser in her new book Happy Chaos: From Punky to Parenting and My Perfectly Imperfect Adventures in Between.

For the past few years Soleil's life focus has been hildren - she's Target’s Mommy Ambassador, the owner of an eco-friendly children’s boutique, activist, and Soleil co-founder an eco-friendly kid’s clothing line, The Little Seed. HOWEVER, Soleil plans to retuning to acting soon!

In a recent interview the new author said:

“What I’ve realized over the last few years with everything growing is that I don’t have to choose between being a mom and following my dreams of having a career. I can actually do both and I think for a long time I felt like I’d have to make a choice, then I realized you can do both and you can do both gracefully”

We hope she can do it both! We'd love to see Soleil in pigtails front of the camera again!
