We smell a new squad in our midst!
However, it appears the epic collaborative performance gave an even cooler gift in the form of new best friends, Blue Ivy Carter and Apple Martin.
For the snap, the Oscar winner wrote:
Madonna trusts her daughter — like let her pick out the dancers for the her upcoming tour, trust!
Yep! Lourdes has been put in charge of the donating task that Esther is much too busy for.
Here's the thing — this is a regular kind of audition! The dancers are being selected via a "talent show style contest" at London studio. For the competish, each contestant made a one minute video of themselves dancing to Madonna's hit Celebration.
Of course, none of the dancers are happy about this. If you're expecting the princess of pop and get a 15-year-old, you're bound to be a little disappointed!
Still, our source says she is more than qualified for the job.
"She [Modona] knows Lourdes is more than capable of picking from the heats. Lourdes does routines every day in her mother's studios as well as taking classes. She can now do jazz, hip-hop, popping, contemporary and even tap. That's why she is qualified to judge who would be the best back-up dancers for her mom."
Madonna will be in London to make the final cuts in early 2012.
