What’s the rush?
It took you nine months of hard work to grow a baby inside your body, try to take the pressure off and enjoy your new curves and new motherhood.
That said, we always advocate a healthy state of mind and being, and if that means dropping the weight – do it. But do it slowly, do it healthily, incorporate exercise and stop obsessing over Jessica Alba, Rachel Zoe and other hot mammas who seem to bounce back to their perfect, pre-baby bodies in no time.
