Way to go, Diddy.
If anyone grew up going to a Boys & Girls Club, then they would know exactly just how important they are for a neighborhood.
Thankfully, for one Boys & Girls Club in Harlem, they were saved from going under when who else, but Diddy donated an emergency $60,000 to the non-profit organization.
Diddy, who grew up in the area, said he didn't want to see kids from his old neighborhood from losing out. He added:
"Being from Harlem, I heard they needed help, and I wanted to help. [This] is something that I am proud to do."
The money will help pay for basketball games, math and reading tutors, and gym classes for over 3,000 kids.
Diddy is hoping the extra programs will help kids get off of street corners and into social activities, adding:
"There is usually a bigger issue to what kids are going through. Most kids want a way out. There are still more great things to come."
Great job, Diddy. You done good. This will mean a lot to so many children and teens. BRAVO!
