Obviously it's easy to let things slide this holiday season by allowing your children to overindulge on holiday candy, cookies, cake, pies, etc.
Just because it's December though, that doesn't mean you have to stop watching what your kids eat. Of course, it's fine to let them splurge every once in a while, but the key is moderation.
