And the magical fourth rule to getting back into your skinny jeans is:

#4 Indulge. That's right, enjoy a small slice of pumpkin or pecan pie. If you deprive yourself of something you're looking forward to, you're only going to make up it later by eating more of everything else which is actually worse.
