So, the real question here is: "What happens to Leah?
The Indiana Child Protective Services has closed the case on Teen Mom's Amber Portwood investigation, which means the protective order that has prohibited her from seeing her 3-year-old daughter has been unresolved.
"Gary and I have joint custody and Leah only lives with him because they [CPS] felt she wasn't safe with me when my house got vandalized."
Court docs say that after Amber's apartment and car were vandalized, CPS recommended that Leah move in with Gary until Amber was allowed visitation rights.
Meanwhile, Amber's ex, Gary Shirley, went on his Twitter though and wrote:
Today amongst all days is the single greatest day for the rest of my life…My daughter officially mine. More than before. Love you so much @leah_leann so were hitting up some Disney in Florida to celebrate.
Earlier, he had tweeted:
As of Today, I've been granted full custody of Leah with Amber in agreement. Will only accept the best for my daughter.
But it was quickly taken down.
Sadly, Leah is left in the middle now that the CPS has closed the investigation. Until it opens up again (if it ever does), who knows what happens with Amber, Leah and Gary. Will Amber ever get custody again?? We've said this over and over, Leah deserves a happy and stable home. We're not sure if this helping or hurting her right now.
