Become a Label-Detective.
When it comes to feeding your child, you always want what is best for them. That's why it's important to read the labels of packaged foods when you are at the grocery store. Avoid buying foods that contain a lot of ingredients you can't pronounce because these are more than likely artificial sweeteners, chemical preservatives, or food colorings. Take care not to buy foods that list sugar or corn syrup as a main ingredient. Be sure to check out the sodium content on the label and stay clear of any hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils. When it comes to food, fresh is always best!
When in doubt, always go with fresh!
