Jewel Joins The Celeb-Mommy Children’s Book Club!

Jewel took to her Twitter today to inform the world that she has penned a short, musically-focused book for the kiddies!
Jewel has used her soulful songstress powers to bring the world a hybrid children’s book blending melody, music and rhyme with literacy.
The goal of the colorful hardback/accompanying CD is to teach kids about rhyming at an early age.
Jewel wrote That’s What I’d Do while she was pregnant with baby Kase, wishing to create something beautiful her son would love.
The singer exudes enthusiasm for her novel creation:
“I’m really excited for moms to get to sit down and read this to their babies because it’s really a devotion for lyrics,I hope all mothers get to feel that it’s a love letter to their kid. You can play the CD in your car or read the book at night before bedtime.”
That's What I'd Do will be released on September 18th, 2012.
