Perezitos's nutrition expert Margaux J. Rathbun, B.S., N.T.P. (Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Creator of AuthenticSelfWellness.com is back with another quick tip!
Worried about your kids experiencing a possible allergic reaction to food? The foods that are most often responsible for causing a reaction include eggs, peanuts, shellfish, cow's milk, soy, and wheat. To spot a reaction, look for rashes or changes in skin appearance, irritability, a painful belly, diarrhea, and respiratory problems. Always consult your local pediatrician or natural health practitioner to determine what foods are causing specific reactions in your child and what should be an appropriate diet/plan of action.
