Hilary Duff looks great!

The girl just had a baby last week and she's already looking all fine and shiz with her hip-hugging pants and platform heels.

The new momma debuted her post-baybay bod and her sweet new iPad as she walked to a hair salon in West Hollywood, California on Thursday.

Seems like Hil has had an eye-opening week. She recently tweeted:

4 am…Sleepy eyed. Feeding baby..whew this job is no joke!

You still look, fab! You're a total hawtie, Hilary!
