"The best foods for babies that are six to nine months old would include small portions of apples, apricots, lentils, millet, and oats. You can also incorporate avocados and melons into your child's diet. Avoid any hard finger foods that are larger than 1/4 inch in diameter and any processed or pre-packaged foods. Fresh is always best!"
