We knew that the Brit used a portion controlled diet from Jenny Craig to help lose her poundage, but over the weekend Mel revealed her totally doable exercise regiment.
"I’d get up at 5am to breast-feed Madison, so after that I’d go for an hour’s stroll to give my metabolism a kickstart. Then I’d get the other kids up, take them to school, then go and do a more hardcore workout at my local Fitness First every other day. I’d run and walk on the treadmill for 15 minutes followed by 45 minutes of cross-training. Combining different sorts of exercise worked, with a good amount of cardio, especially."
WHAAAT?? That's SO easy to do!
Of course, it's MUCH easier when you don't have to work and you have the time, BUT one hour at the gym and one hour walking is TOTALLY reasonable!
