"Great question! Some of my favorite veggies that are full of calcium include spinach, collard greens and Swiss chard. Some other great sources would be kale, sesame seeds, broccoli, and green beans. Cinnamon is also a good source of calcium, so you can include that spice in your soups and morning smoothies. Oranges are another good source of calcium that most children love to eat!
