This is terrible.
Stuart Chaifetz is the father of a autistic 10-year-old boy named Akian who goes to school in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
Akian's teacher told Stuart that his son was being violent in class, something that made no sense to Stuart since his son wasn't violent at all while at home.
Stuart did what any parent would do when their child has a problem - He wired his son and recorded everything that the teacher said.
It turned that Akian's teachers were BULLYING him. They called the poor child a "bastard" and told him to "shut his mouth" more than once.
That type of behavior is unacceptable and inexcusable.
But when Stuart brought the audio tape to the attention of the school board, all they did was transfer the teacher to another school.
Stuart decided to take matters into his own hands and has posted the full length version of the audio tape online.
He has also started an online petition that he hopes will be enough to convince the schools to fire the abusive teacher, and stop any future possible victims of the teacher who is obviously a bully.
We need more parents like Stuart! Teachers have to support children, and not mistreat or taunt them!
