A study published in the Journal of Scientific Reports indicates that as women grow older, they become more closer to their adult daughters more then their husbands.
In early adulthood, men and women's closest relationships are with their romantic partner.
But while men continue to count on their wives as the closest person in their life, women tend to shift that perspective onto their daughters.
That relationship strengthens over time and doesn't peak until around age 60.
That's so cool.
So to all you teenage girls out there, we know you might be having trouble with your parents, but just remember…she could be your best friend for life!
One never knows.
