Mom Gives Bullied Gay Son A STUN GUN For Self Protection

Talk about some extreme parenting.

A 17-year-old teen in Indiana was given a stun gun by his mother to bring to school for protection against the constant bullying he faces because he is an open homosexual.

Darnell "Dynasty" Young was subsequently suspended from school when he threatened one of his bullies with the taser gun although he did not actually use the weapon.

We firmly believe that an eye for an eye makes the world blind, and that it is never the right answer to fight violence with violence.

However, here is the less-than-sympathetic statement from the school's principal which says:

"If you wear female apparel, then kids are kids and they're going to say whatever it is that want to say. Because you want to be different and because you choose to wear female apparel, it may happen."

The mother of Mr. Young says she would give him the taser gun again to protect himself.

Obviously both sides feel they've been wronged, and to be honest, it doesn't sound like there are innocent parties in this case.

We will say that bullying is a MAJOR problem in schools across the country. Solutions are necessary to protect all children.
