The Sister Wives are BACK at it again!
America’s favorite polygamist family kicked off Season Three of their hit show on Mother’s Day, and we've got a JUICY EXCLUSIVE interview on what life is like with ultimate playa Kody Brown and his four wives, Meri, Janelle, Christine and Robyn.
The family gives us the 4-1-1 on getting adjusted to life in Sin City, welcoming baby #17 and even reveal what their kids think about their
cray inneresting lifestyle.
Here’s what they had to say!
How has living apart affected your family?
Living apart has been hard on the family. Our children have missed the spontaneous interaction they had before. We are working hard to get ourselves in homes side by side. This season you will see us making some serious strides and some sacrifices to see if we can make that dream a reality.
Do you ever see yourselves living together again?
In Las Vegas home[s] like we had in Utah do not exist. Our best option here is to find 4 homes side by side. This arrangement will best meet the needs of our family and give our family complete access to each other.
Any chance of moving back to Utah?
At this time we are focusing on building our lives in Las Vegas.
How are the kids adjusting to Vegas?
The kids are adjusting well. They have developed many friendships and seemed to have hit their momentum again in their new environment.
Do you regret exposing your family on a reality show?
There have been some very positive things that have come from us being public. Our children, while never being very secretive, love being able to claim each other openly without a lot of explanation why their sibling is their same age and in the same grade and is not a twin. We work hard as a family to keep the balance as well as a high degree of normality in our day-to-day life. The production crew we work with as well as TLC have been very respectful of our desire to do so.
What's life like with the new baby?
Our newest baby Solomon is such a great addition to our family. Our teens love on him and all the younger kids think he should be hugged and kissed constantly.
Are any of the teens considering a polygamist lifestyle?
We have always taught our children that they will be the one to make the choices in their lives including their faith and who they marry. We have some children that are currently interested in remaining in our faith as adults. Some have expressed they definitely won't. Some have told us they are too busy thinking about school and college to even think about decisions like that right now. And after all, they are teens and they have the right to continue to change their minds as frequently as they want.
Are any of them going to college?
Our oldest son, Logan, is getting ready to go to college for this fall. Regardless of where he chooses, he has expressed he will most likely not live at home. This will be our first child to leave the nest. It will be a big change for all of us.
Wow. This is definitely the stuff that reality
