Rachel Zoe and her ADORABLE baby boy Skyler were holding on for dear life during a windy afternoon in WeHo on Tuesday.

The winds were SO strong that even Sky’s hat fell off, but the tiny pair managed to stay on the ground!

Ha!!

We're just glad to see the two survived the weather, whether they liked it or NOT!

After celebrating Fathers Day with her own family, Beyoncé congratulated Kim Kardashian and Kanye West on their bouncing baby girl.

The singer posted to her Tumblr:

"Congratulations Kim & Kanye-- Enjoy this beautiful moment together."

It may have taken her a little while to say something, but it’s the thought that counts!

Now it’s only a matter of time until little Kimye is eating from the Swarovski crystal high chair Bey gave them.
