Giuliana & Bill Rancic Are 'Eternally Grateful' To Surrogate

After four hard years of trying to conceive, Giuliana Rancic‘s husband Bill reveals that he feels beyond lucky to welcome a baby via gestational surrogate, and the baby “couldn’t be in better hands.”
Bill also admits that he and Giuliana will FOREVER be thankful to their surrogate for the ultimate gift of life!
The proud dad says:
“She’s great. She’s a very caring woman.
She’s giving us a gift and we’re going to be eternally grateful.”
Tear!
We’re so SO glad the beautiful couple is able to experience the joys of parenting, and can't wait to see pics of their future baby!!!
