Paging, Dr. Phil. Paging, Dr. Phil.
Your son needs your help!
Jay Mcgraw is being sued by Holly Holton who says she was duped by Dr. Phil's son into giving up her patent rights to Pink Iron, a gym program for women she created, and now she wants a ton of money from the celebrity's son.
The blonde instructor claims Mcgraw told her that his dad would market her invention in exchange for the rights to the product.
She also said he told her that she was going to be the spokesperson for the pink weights with hearts on the barbells.
At the last minute, apparently, the son backed out and partnered up with a U.K. company switching the name to a strikingly similar product called P.I.N.K Method.
Adding insult to injury was the fact that the spokesperson is hot and blonde and resembles Holly herself.
Here's what she said:
"My dad will market the sh*t out of Pink Iron."
That sure is a tough pill to swallow from Dr. Phil's kid.
This isn't the first time he's screwed someone.
