Jessica Simpson Should've Worked Out The Bump, Says Celeb Fitness Guru

Jessica Simpson has been spotted lately hitting the gym and working up a sweat, but could she of saved herself a lot of sweat and tears if she had done a couple of squats with her baby bump?

That's what Jackie Warner thinks, and she's probably a person who is in the know since she's a celebrity fitness trainer.

Here's what she said:

"The body is meant to move and be active and we are in this age that we are inactive a majority of the week and that’s a huge mistake. If you’re working out during your pregnancy, the pregnancy not only goes better, the baby is healthier, and the weight falls off much quicker. It’s really really important to work out during pregnancy."

Well, should've-would've-could've, but our main concern is how fast can Jessica lose that baby weight?

Here's what the fitness expert said:

"People are mesmerized when celebrities get the baby weight off so fast."

Yes, go on.

“Well, it’s because they take good care of themselves during their pregnancy and have been eating healthy.”

Well, that seems reasonable enough.

We think Jessica will be fine, though. She's always gone down the less-than-travelled road, and she usually does pretty well for herself if we do say so ourself.

Good piece of advice, though for sure!
