Bethenny Frankel delved into some personal family matters during her show on Tuesday and had to fight back tears as she reminisced about the miscarriage she experienced that stole the baby she so desperately wanted.
“It can be different for everybody. For me, it’s that I’m older. I’m 41. That was ringing in my head and that it’s high-risk. But, I’m lucky to have my first child.”
Bethenny went even further into the subject matter in a unexpected burst of emotional honesty.
Here's what she said:
“For me it was thinking about Bryn running around with another girl. I’ve honestly had women that I’ve been friends with in the past [tell me] they had a miscarriage. And I kind of didn’t really understand, and I’d say, ‘I’m so sorry that’s terrible.’ But not until you really go through it, do you understand what it means. In your head, it’s a person that could never be. You blame yourself as a woman.”
We're so sorry for the talk show host that she had to go through such a painful experience, but we think talking about things is the best medicine. It really seems as if she's become a much stronger person since the aftermath of her personal tragedy.
And she has her beautiful daughter Bryn!
As long as she keeps moving forward and pushing onward with her life - we think she's going to be just perfect!
