And it goes on and on and on and…
Pedro Hernandez, the murder suspect who confessed to killing Etan Patz over thirty years ago, has had his court date pushed back all the way to October 1st.
The man claims he killed Patz, one of the first missing children to appear on a milk carton, and was due in New York State Supreme Court where results of a psychiatric evaluation were to be filed with the court.
But the investigation was delayed so both sides could continue to collect evidence "in a measured and fair manner."
Both Hernandez's lawyer and Hernandez's wife say Pedro is mentally ill.
