Soon Bristol Palin will have as many suits as Men’s Warehouse. Unfortunately, she probably won’t like the way she looks in this one.
Bristol’s Dancing With The Stars co-star Kyle Massey and his brother Chris are speaking out about why they're suing the reality show star for copyright infringement, breach of contract, and more.
The actor brothers claim that not only was Life’s A Tripp their idea, but that they were in the show before being edited out!
They say if you listen close, you can still hear them in the background of several shots. According to Kyle:
"You can hear us laughing, and a lot of the footage, people were actually making references to us, and talking to us, but we were just erased."
The Masseys insist that despite the suit, they don’t want to paint Bristol as a bad person. Chris says:
"This isn't a personal thing, this isn't some sort of vendetta—this is me and my brother just wanting what's rightfully ours. We hate that it had to come to this, but this is the business part of Hollywood."
While the Massey Brothers sue over being excluded from Life’s A Tripp, Bristol still has to settle the lawsuit filed against her by a West Hollywood heckler who claims he DIDN’T want to be on the show!
All this legal action must make Bristol herself long for the days of Alaskan anonymity.
Guess the grass is always being greener! Or at least the potential payoffs are.
