Kenneth Robinson is facing child abuse charges for being one serious forgetful daddy.
The man from Kentucky forgot to drop his 2-year-old son Brady off at daycare and left the boy in his burning hot car for HOURS as he worked at an insurance firm in London, Kentucky.
Luckily, a co-worked spotted the "sweaty, red-faced" boy in the back of a black sedan sitting directly under the unforgiving sun and called the police.
Here's what the co-worked said in a 911 call:
"I need an ambulance at Patton-Chestnut and Binder ASAP. A child was left in the car,' "Is he breathing? Is he breathing? Yes, he’s breathing."
Police came immediately and rushed the boy to a hospital where he was kept overnight for observation.
Authorities said that temperatures inside the car most likely hit around 100 degrees farenheight.
That young boy is extremely lucky the co-worked spotted him in the car. Two weeks ago an eight-month-old baby died after his father left him in a hot car - that boy's father also forgot to drop him at daycare. Incidentally enough it also occurred in Kentucky.
This dad, Kenneth Robinson, pleaded not guilty to felony wanton endangerment.
We sincerely hope he's learned his lesson!
