Hunger Games star Elizabeth Banks, has to travel the world shooting and promoting her films. (Life is SO tough!)
According to the actress, her one-year-old son, Felix, is adapting quite well to the unusual lifestyle. She explains:
“This job requires you to be a little bit of a gypsy, [and] so far he’s totally cool being a little baby gypsy."
A Gypsy baby??
We know what you're thinking, and the answer is no. She is NOT planning on letting him drop out of school at 13 and get married at 17, like gypsies on My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding.
Momma Banks says her number one priority in selecting roles is how it will affect her son:
“You really have to decide, ‘Does that affect my son’s quality of life as well as mine. If there’s ever a moment where I feel like he needs to be home or he needs a certain something in his life. I’ll make a decision based on that.”
What a good momma, always putting her son before her career. We have to give props to Liz — not all acting parents have their priorities as in line as hers!
Felix is a lucky little gypsy!
