Sophia Bush And Mark Foster Foster The People Of Guatemala

What do Sophia Bush, Mark Foster, and you have in common?

If you raise enough money for charity, you could all be headed to Guatemala together!

Sophia and Mark have been working with charity organization Pencils of Promise to help build schools in underdeveloped areas. Sophia says:

“On the impact trip I took with Pencils of Promise to Guadalupana, what struck me immediately was just how high need the community is. And that's where my Impossible came from. Could I raise the money to build a school?”

Impossible wha?

The One Tree Hill star is referring to pledging to raise $30,000 by her 30th birthday.

She actually raised over $60,000 with the help of Foster The People's Mark Foster, who personally donated $10K! He says:

"I woke up one morning with this exact issue on my heart - education for children living in poverty stricken places that can't afford the fundamental supplies to run a proper school. It's amazing how a little can go a long way and change the course of someone's life. Education is a game changer.”

If you share Sophia and Mark's passion for education, you can help raise money by setting your own "Impossible" goal.

Students who help raise money have the chance to win scholarships and even a trip to see the new schools in Guatemala WITH Sophia and Mark!
