Which is why she's agreed to testify FOR Halle Berry in the actor's fight for her right to bring Nahla to France.

Halle's lawyers have apparently filed a declaration where Hayek confirms she can corroborate Halle's claims that the paparazzi are unnecessarily obtrusive in the way they handle their snapping beeswax.
Hayek, who sometimes lives in France, finds it much easier to spend time with her daughter there without being HOUNDED by paparazzi because of the strict paparazzi laws in France.
We guess the celebrities got to stick together!!!
