Babies may be Cheaper By The Dozen, but Hilary Duff has her hands full with just one!

Baby Luca Comrie was spotted leaving Nieman Marcus on Wednesday with mom in tow.

Hilary had to wrestle to keep the little explorer from climbing right out of her grasp and down the street!

Luckily, the Cinderella Story star was eventually able to get the baby into the ~~pumpkin~~ ~~carriage~~ SUV and back home!
