Holly Madison has one fit pregnancy body!
"There's a lot of dancing on the show [to keep me fit]. Also, I've been getting pregnancy yoga and pregnancy Pilates DVDs for my house and have been trying to work out every day and be healthy."
Unfortunately, as her bump grows, Holly is going to have to take a break from dancing. So how is she enjoying her new workout regimen? She says:
"I've [always] hated cardio and the only things I ever liked at all were yoga and Pilates, so now I get the yoga videos in and they're super mellow. To a workout freak they'd probably be like, 'this is so stupid, this isn't even a workout,' but I'm loving it! It's right at my pace."
Holly makes a great point here. It's crucial that you find a workout routine that's right for you.
Overdoing it can be even worse for your health than not working out at all- especially if you're pregnant!
