Baby Born Without Brain Dies At 3
Nicholas Coke was born with anencephaly, an incredibly rare defect that kept him from growing a brain as a fetus.
Obviously, doctors expected him to die within minutes, but Nicholas shocked everyone when he refused to let go.
Ch-ch-check out the video (above) to see how the miraculous baby defied the odds, living years beyond what doctors predicted.
Sadly, Nicholas eventually gave up the fight on Wednesday. He just stopped breathing and was unable to be revived.
We're so sad to hear of his passing, but we're still amazed by how long the little guy held on.
