Congrats again to Chad Lowe!

The Pretty Little Liars star welcomed a brand new daughter late last week, but they weren't quite sure on the name yet!

So how about it, Dad? Got a name for Mabel's little sis? He sure does! He tweeted:

My wife @ikimlowe & I want to thank everyone again for the kind words of congratulations on the birth of our daughter Fiona Hepler Lowe!
