Four Arrested For Stealing Thomas The Tank Engine Seat Ride?!?!
Four persons were arrested in the U.K. for attempting to steal a Thomas The Tank Engine ride.
The chief of police was thoroughly impressed with their ambition.
Here's what the police chief said:
"It's not exactly the crime of the century. All four suspects, aged 31 - 37, two men and two women remain in custody."
The details of the attempted crime were bizarre, to say the least.
They were:
"Police in Lambeth have arrested three people for theft and one other for theft and going equipped to steal a Thomas the Tank Engine ‘sit-on’ ride from outside a supermarket on Kennington Lane SE11 on Tuesday 27 November at approximately midnight."
We guess they should nickname this one, The Great Toy Train Robbery.
