| Filed under: Sad SadDr. DrewPerezcious Parenting

HIV is never an easy subject to talk about, but since it's NO LONGER a death sentence, MTV's show I'm Positive showcases individuals living with the disease.

In a recent broadcast, which is hosted by Dr. Drew, HIV positive Stephanie Brown shares the 4-1-1 on her HIV status.

Miz Brown, 25, was unfortunately diagnosed with the disease when she was 19 and still recalls being depressed.

But now, instead of just sitting around feeling down, she's a full-time HIV activist that teaches youths about the prevention of the illness.

Ch-ch-check out Stephanie chat with her mom about the virus (above)!
