Michael Douglas may have played a lawyer, a detective, and a secret agent, but he isn't really any of those things.
Which unfortunately means there's nothing he can do for his son in prison but show moral support.
And Cameron Douglas will need all the support he can get as he appeals the four and a half extra years that were added to his sentence after he was caught with heroin.
Cameron pled guilty to the heroin, expecting an extra sentence of up to 18 months, but the judge tripled it, calling the famous inmate's actions "flagrant."
Now, after a recent attack, Cameron is hoping to get that term back down.
We hope this works. We're no lawyers, but we know Cameron doesn't deserve a death sentence for his actions, and it sounds like that might be what this is turning into!
