Jay-Z is almost worth half a billion dollars, has a beautiful superstar wife Beyonce and a GAWRGEOUS daughter.
So to make sure his family always has the best of the best, he's leasing out a space at the Barclay's Center for $1 million a year, which will be used as Blue Ivy's nursery!!

A source revealed:
"Jay rents a luxurious basement suite for $1 million a year. It has an area for Blue filled with toys. It's all glass with a champagne bar and TV screen. Jay lets friends use his digs when he's not there."
