Kim Kardashian Develops New Pregnant Workout Routine

Some women use pregnancy as an excuse to stop exercising and eat whatever they want!

Not Kim Kardashian!

The reality star has been hitting the gym nonstop since she found out she was pregnant! She's determined to stay healthy and fit throughout her pregnancy.

And she has a secret weapon in the fight against fat- celeb trainer Tracy Anderson! Kim says:

"Tracy Anderson is keeping me in shape! She is helping me make the adjustments necessary to keep me feeling happy, healthy and most importantly create a workout plan that is safe for the baby.

It’s really important for me to have a fitness routine that works for my body and my schedule and I’m really happy with the workout plan Tracy is working with me on. Xo"

Kim has it exactly right- not because she's doing what will make her slim, but because she's doing what makes her happy!

The worst thing you can do for yourself- and your baby- is to put undue stress on yourself.

And whether relaxing means burning extra calories or cramming them in, you owe it to your baby and yourself to do it right!
