Busy Philipps Explains Why She Dropped Her Pregnancy News Via Twitter!
Last month, Busy Philipps let everyone know that she was preggers by posting a pic of her positive pregnancy test on her Twitter.
And while busting out with news like that on a social network isn't too typical, the Cougar Town actress gave us her reasoning behind her tactic.
During a taping with Anderson Cooper, Miz Philipps said:
"I just wanted it to come directly from me in my voice. I always hate those celebrity statements that are like, 'We are so over the moon and overjoyed.' I just wanted to be like, 'So this happened, it's life, guys. I am a woman, I am married, I have a kid, I am going to have another one, I'm pregnant.'"
If that makes sense to her, then who are we to say anything?!?
After all, her explanation is so VERY true, which is all that matters in the long run!!
Homegirl definitely kept it real!!
