Selma Blair somehow managed to carry her son Arthur for miles and miles!

Or maybe only a few blocks, but still - we're impressed.

The mother-son duo were spotted on their way back from a doctor's appointment.

We hope everything is okay!

We have a feeling everything is good since these two were all smiles. Blair really seems to be so happy.

Her smile is lovely!!
