Kristin Cavallari and her son Camden are beautiful.

But everyone is curious how Kristin lost her baby weight so fast!

Well, the lovely lady has finally spilled the beans and the answer is much simpler than we thought it'd be!

She said:

"The biggest thing was i didn't gain more than I was supposed to during my pregnancy. Plus breastfeeding was 500 calories a day."

Wow, what?

Is there a nutrition label on the back of the baby that tells you that?

That's not fair that only women with babies can lose weight like that.

That's incredible.

    Um… Yea. She was underweight before she got preggers, so hard to get back to "normal weight" after. Waaaahhhhh….
