tom cruises 50 million lawsuit with life style is getting nasty

This lawsuit sounds like it's gonna go on forever!!

Last year, Tom Cruise filed a $50 million lawsuit against Bauer Media's Life & Style magazine for publishing a story that implied that he ABANDONED his daughter, Suri. And even though the actor didn't want this suit to get out of hand, it most definitely is!!!

Bauer Media has a list of demands that they're seeking, and the company's lawyer Alonzo Wickers didn't hold back on what they want.

Here's the list:

The extent to which Cruise was in contact with Suri following his separation and divorce from Katie Holmes.

The expectations for Cruise's contact and visitation schedule with Suri and the terms of the divorce agreement.

The role that Cruise's membership in the Church of Scientology played in his decisions regarding his visitation and communication with Suri.

Suri's mental and emotional state following the separation and divorce.
Cruise's claim and litigation history.

And with that said, Cruise's attorney, Bert Fields noted that his client "doesn't go around suing people," adding:

"He's not a litigious guy. But when these sleaze peddlers try to make money with disgusting lies about his relationship with his child, you bet he's going to sue."

And while all this madness is going on, Tom has a few things he's going after.

The actor wants:

The identity of the magazine's sources and communications with those sources.

Bauer's policies and practices with respect to obtaining information, paying for sources, verifying the credibility of sources with whom the writers and editors haven't spoken.

Bauer's practice of publishing stories about Tom Cruise.

Bauer's history of bigotry and hatred toward minority religious groups and their members.

Bauer is currently doing everything they can to make use of their journalistic shield privileges to hopefully protect their sources, and they also want Cruise's other lawyer, Aaron Moss to be booted out from the case.

Deets on whether or not this suit is going to trial have NOT been revealed, but if it does, it's most definitely not gonna be pretty!!

It was the craziest Tom sue the magazine. It was enough to disclose post pictures Disney, Tom loves paparazzi. There are no pictures because there are no visits. Katie threatened to tell the fake from the real biological father. He had more to lose. This case will be settled out of court.

I can certainly see wanting to make a point, but 50 million is a ridiculous figure, imho.

I'm not usually a Cruise sympathizer, but it seems as though the magazine is trying to bully him out of the lawsuit. (But–-$50 million?)

In Touch Tabloid Publisher - Mired in Tom Cruise Lawsuit - Trades in Nazis, Porn and Sometimes Both

(The Bauer Media Group owns In Touch and Life & Style Magazines)

"…an investigation by TheWrap has found that there is a darker side to the privately held company, including publication of at least one magazine appealing to neo-Nazis, as well as significant involvement in the distribution of pornography — including Nazi-themed porn movies."

"The company came into its own during the Third Reich as a publisher of weekly radio guides that, at the time, wholeheartedly embraced Hitler's regime."

"Bauer generates dozens of legal complaints worldwide each year about invasion of privacy or libel, according to a lawyer who has frequently opposed them."

"The company rarely mentions its pornography-related holdings, but at least nine German porn websites are easily traceable back to Bauer via online domain-ownership databases."

I suppose they also kill dolphins which they cut up into tasty dolphin fillets to serve to their Nazi porn king guests at cook-outs?
