We don't have to tell the moms out there, staying in shape is super tough when you have kids!
Even a workout guru like Jillian Michaels has trouble now that she has Lukensia and Phoenix! She says:
"Being a mom makes it 10 times harder. It's been really hard, but I've learned how to balance that."
"It's never going to be like it was, but it's the kind of thing like where my mom will babysit a couple of hours on one weekend day and I can go to one class.
Then I'll trade off with Heidi one night of the week and I'm like, 'OK, now you go for a run.'"
A workout system is great, but you totes have to have a support system too!
None of us would be able to accomplish anything, especially not something as hard as getting in shape, without our friends and family!
In other words, it takes a village to raise a dumbbell!
